Terms of Use & Classroom License

Clear, educator-friendly terms governing how you may print, photocopy, and share PaperSprout worksheets in classrooms, tutoring sessions, and homes.

Section 01

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing PaperSprout or using our worksheet generator, curated templates, and learning guides, you agree to these Terms of Use. Our goal is to make classroom and at-home reproduction as generous and straightforward as possible while preventing unauthorized commercial reselling.

Section 02

2. Classroom & Personal Use License (Permitted)

PaperSprout grants teachers, tutors, homeschool educators, and parents a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

Generate, print, and photocopy unlimited physical copies of worksheets and answer keys for direct instruction in classrooms, homeschool groups, and tutoring sessions.
Distribute saved PDF worksheets to your own enrolled students or families through private school portals (such as Google Classroom, Canvas, or class email lists).
Annotate, adapt, or combine printed sheets with classroom notes to accommodate student learning needs.

3. Prohibited Commercial Uses

To keep PaperSprout open and free for educators, you may not:

Commercial Resale & Republishing Restrictions
  • Sell, license, or bundle PaperSprout worksheets, PDFs, or learning guides on digital marketplaces such as Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT), Etsy, Amazon KDP, or paid membership sites.
  • Host or mirror PaperSprout's generated PDFs or code on competing worksheet websites or behind paywalls.
  • Use automated scripts or headless browsers to scrape or bulk-harvest site content.

4. Curriculum & Accuracy Disclaimer

While our math engine is unit-tested to ensure accurate arithmetic calculations and matching answer keys, Grade 1–5 and difficulty presets are illustrative groupings rather than formal state or national certification. Educators and parents should review generated sheets prior to classroom assessment use.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties

PaperSprout is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Printing appearance can vary across browser engines, operating systems, and physical printer drivers.
